If there is a defect in any product supplied by us, please contact us to arrange returning the product. Returned items must be in the original packaging and condition. We will check the item on receipt thereof and if a defect is found, the item will be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. We reserve the right to the final decision as to whether the item is repaired or replaced or whether credit is passed.
