We hope you had a good summer. We have been extremely busy building, repairing and servicing guns for the hunting season. Barry got a LEH Moose hunt this year and is looking forward to a few quiet days in area 7-12B!

Heym

In August we received a shipment of Heym barrels and barrel blanks. In response to market enquiries, we had Heym make us some unchambered, unthreaded profiled blanks. As expected, these are a top quality product. We have a large selection available in vanadium and stainless steel. The profiles are light, medium and heavy sporters. We also received unprofiled blanks and some more Mauser barrels.

Montana Rifleman

We are still awaiting delivery on back-ordered Montana actions and hope they will start arriving soon. We have built a substantial number of custom rifles on Montana actions and have very good results and feedback from our customers. In a way we have fallen victim to our own success as we have difficulty getting the actions in fast enough. The demise of Winchester firearms hasn't helped either, as it has increased the U.S. demand for Montana actions. Unfortunately there is still no fixed date on the delivery of Professional Hunter and the Mini actions.

Revolution Stocks

We have placed an order to replenish our inventory. We will have the full range again in time for Christmas. We had a special offer in the summer for free shipping on Revival stocks and as a result we are sold out of the Explorer and Trailblazer stocks. We do still have a selection of Tundra, Yukon and Yukon Extreme stocks. We also have a few Tundra stocks for the bolt-action Marlin and Yukon stocks for the WMR.

This would be a good place to mention that we keep a selection of Ruger 10/22 aftermarket parts and upgrades. When time permits we will list them on our website.

Schaftol

We are glad to say that Schaftol's reputation is spreading in North America and we had an unusual sale to a collector and restorer of high-end motor cars, who is using Schaftol to refinish the walnut panelling and fascias in his collector's pieces.
